This Project Included:

This apartment was 100% wood paneling throughout all the walls. The paneling was still in good condition. With the power of paint and new fixtures, we completely transformed this apartment. We completed the listed work below:

  • Fixed peeling popcorn ceilings where needed

  • Painted all ceilings white

  • Primed and painted all paneling/walls

  • Sprayed all trim and doors with primer and white trim paint

  • Installed new outlets and switches throughout the unit

  • Installed new lighting throughout

  • Painted bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets

  • Installed, caulked, and painted quarter round after the flooring was installed.

  • Installed new bathroom towel bars

  • Installed new doorknobs on all interior doors

  • Installed all new air registers on ceilings

Painting of School District Office

We had the opportunity to paint part of a local school district’s office. We worked throughout their winter break to get it done. They wanted to update the space to make it feel more modern. We completed the following work:

  • Fixed multiple settling cracks and matched different textures throughout the space

  • Painted all ceilings flat white

  • Primed and painted all trim white with a spray finish

  • Painted all walls, SW-Mindful Gray in satin
